Who am I?

I am an independent Speech and Language Therapist providing assessments and therapy for children and young people in the South Oxfordshire area. I work directly with children to develop their communication skills and also support the adults around the child to understand their needs, and create an environment where the child can maximise their communication potential.

Who do I work with?

I work with children and young people, right through from toddlers to the teenage years. I see children at home or in their school/nursery setting, within 15 miles of Didcot. I also provide some interventions virtually via teletherapy.

I can support children with:

  • Difficulties pronouncing particular sounds or making themselves understood

  • Difficulties understanding spoken language

  • Difficulties expressing themselves or putting their thoughts into words

  • Language and communication differences and difficulties associated with autism and neurodiversity. I am a Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy (PACT) Accredited Practitioner and always seek to practice in a neurodiversity affirming way. You can read more about PACT on their website.
